RETURN POLICY 

Items eligible for a return may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a shop credit. 

Please note: Items ordered on TikTok shops are subject to TikTok's return policies, and returns must be initiated, and completed through TikTok Shops in order to be eligible for return. To see if your items qualify for a return on TikTok, please visit Settings & Privacy > Your Orders in your TikTok account.

Orders can not be edited or cancelled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout. 

Daily deals, Pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items are final sale This includes items where a coupon code was used 

Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) are final sale.

Undergarments Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, and Gift items are final sale.

Items must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 30 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 30 days of receipt. 

A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform.
